You can now start learning our program as soon as you register!  That's right!  Our on-line training website has visual tutorials that will help prepare for you for your first class & then help guide you through our easy to learn hands-on bartender's program where you'll learn it all behind a real bar with our pro instructors. 
 

You'll see that our professional bartending training is consistent with the demands of Central Florida's bars & restaurants & also includes ServSafe which is a National Alcohol Certification sponsored by the Education Foundation's National Restaurant Association.  Although not the law in Florida this certification is mandatory in many states throughout the country.  Local employers of liquor pouring establishments have hired our graduates partly because they are nationally certified with alcohol liability safety.
