Michael Perusse owns Orlando Bartending School and has owned and operated schools since 1989.  Mike owns 4 schools and has never closed a location.  He personally maintains the quality of each school.  He is President of Professional Bartenders School of New England incorporated in1992, the longest licensed in Boston.  The company owns and operates the school at 124 Robin Road in Altamonte Springs Florida.  Training programs and job assistance is available to any student that has graduated here regardless of how many years ago.  The school is licensed by the Commission for Independent Education, Florida's Department of Education.  (License # 3133)

Our company's 1999 award winning copyrighted laminated drink list is now used in many establishments worldwide and used in more than 20 other bartending schools.  With a number like 800-COCKTAIL and web address of bartendingschool.com, it is easy to see that we've advanced in the bartending school business.  Our school has been acknowledged by Harvard University and has awarded the school “School of the Year”  6 years in a row by Professional Bartending Schools of America.  Mike also received 3 of the last 6 contribution to the system.
