  • Our copyrighted full color laminated drink list is used today by thousands of bartenders in the industry. Our school originated this laminated drink list in 1995 and copyrighted it in 1999. This list is the quickest way to look-up hard to remember drinks and makes your first bartending shifts easier.

Bartender's Manual  

  • Our  professional bartender's manual has evolved over the last 18 years and includes only current Orlando beverage recipes and mixing procedures that adheres to the highest standards in the beverage industry today!  The manual is supported by our library textbooks. 

  • The manual is laser printed and produced in-house weekly so it up-dated and contains only current information.  It is produced in 3 hole hard binder format so that students can add any interesting bartending articles or internet information & begin their own extensive & personal bartending information collection! 

  • The new drinks that are poured in today's popular bars are in our manual today!  All our printed materials can be made available to our students and to past graduates in PDF form.  Student rave about the convenience when they are at a computer and want to study or look something up!

Alcohol Liability Training  

  • Alcohol Liability Certification:  Is the law in most states throughout the country. Although not the law in Florida, listed below are the laws pertaining to the selling and serving of alcoholic beverages.  Beverage pouring establishments get a discount on their liquor liability insurance if their servers are all certified and may receive Mitigation Benefits if they have trained their employees in Responsible Alcohol Service.  We know our bartenders are better qualified when they are nationally certified as it lowers the insurance for the employers.  The alcohol liability training is included with your tuition and denoted on your diploma and you will be qualified and eligible to get nationally certified through the National Restaurant Association for only an additional $25.00.

Diploma  

Upon graduation a diploma be awarded that denotes your accomplishments in completing Orlando Bartending School's licensed 40 bartending diploma program.

  • All licensed schools in Massachusetts are required to have a reference library.  Our library has the newest & most respected text books that are related to the hospitality industry.  This expensive collection is at the fingertips of students who want to learn the most about particular subjects such as opening & operating a licensed beverage establishment.

  • Please visit our school so we can show you just how our individual job assistance actually works! In addition; our company developed an on-line job system that used around the country today! Graduates may report to the job placement office for one-on-one assistance or go on-line to our job database with an approved username and password.  Our current verified job placement is above 87percent.

  • Each school is responsible for entering current jobs daily. The data base is updated as existing ones are filled. Graduates may check our local jobs whenever they want from any computer on-line. Our school guarantee's immediate hob openings and interviews upon graduation.
